A distinct, stylish and elegant “Italian Pale Ale”, that boasts a deep amber color topped with a thick, powdery, off – white head. The uncharacteristic bottle conditioning for the style evokes a refined floral aroma from the specialty Chinook hop resin married with a delicate balance of caramel and sweet malt that refreshes with a robust, but still very pleasant, smooth and gently lingering bitter finish. Very different from the popular style – bitter yet balanced – uniquely Italian.
Excellent with truffle infused cheese, rich buttery risotto, pizza with sausage or prosciutto, speck, venison dishes, and premium burgers.
