A very light and lively artisanal Italian Witbier that boasts a glowing straw – yellow color. This beautiful unique beer sparkles with delicate naturally occurring carbonation culminating in a brilliant white froth. With an aromatic hint of white pepper and yeast on the nose, the soft mouth feel presents a pleasant zippy finish of refreshing sourness melded with a touch of coriander and dried orange peel.
It pairs quite well with rich creamy risotto, branzino, vegetarian dishes, white meats, sushi, light soups, crudo, raw oysters, lobster and fresh soft cheeses.
