Light colour, sharp apple fragrance, subdued bitter taste, fruity flavour with touches of autumn.
A light, bottom fermentation beer obtained from Pilsner malt and Friuli apples. May be drunk on its own and ideal for accompanying risotto with vegetables, white meat dishes and mature cheeses.
